Round 37--Candy Wrapper--Group B (10.06)

To me most flowers look good enough to eat. Why not turn them into a candy? I created a candy company called JuicYums, which puts out Daisy Drops - little daisy shaped fruit flavored candies.

When doing this postcard I wanted to make an imaginary place seem real. I like to use unrelated names and places that have relevance to me, and put them all together. I am not an illustrator, so, I like to use manipulated photos in my design. Since I love France I set my candy factory there in the beautiful town of Lambesc, which I visited a few years ago. Since it is Halloween I named the candy after ghostly apparitions. The texture would be like the french confection Calissons de Provence, wafer thin on the outside, but, instead of almond paste, they would be filled with chocolate. Mmmmmm.

have two different kinds of candy wrapper design. the first being the recreation of the reese's wrapper for Holloween. Since the candy wrapper of the reese's had the colors for Holloween I decided that I will give the candy wrapper a Holloween appearance.

For the second design, I thought about chocholate and thought about the kinds of flavors for chocolate and I chose cocoa which has the taste of chocolate. And Mocho is a coffee that is mixed with a italian syrup and taste like cocoa. Whether drinking coffee I thought to design a chocolate bar that taste like coffee. "So if anyone enjoys coffee they can have a milk chocholate coffee bar!"
